The Order Division exists to preserve stability, structure, and disciplined conduct across Blacksky’s website and Discord server. Its purpose is not to dominate conversation or control members unnecessarily.

Its purpose is to:
Maintain operational order
Enforce established rules and policies
Protect the community environment
Address problems before they escalate
Support the long-term stability of Blacksky

Order is maintained through consistency, restraint, and presence—not noise.

II. Scope of Authority

The Order Division:
Enforces Blacksky’s rules and operational policies
Moderates community spaces and interactions
Responds to disruptive behavior and violations
Assists members with procedural or server-related issues
Escalates serious concerns through proper channels

The Order Division does not:
Override Imperium Command authority
Create doctrine or policy independently
Exercise authority outside approved operational boundaries
Issue punishment based on personal disagreements

Authority without discipline becomes instability.

III. Order Division Leadership

A. High Adjudicator

Appointed by Custodians (Founder override applies)

Moderation standards
Ajudicator oversight
Escalation review
Division membership decisions
Operational enforcement consistency

The High Ajudicator ensures moderation actions remain:
Fair
Consistent
Controlled
Aligned with Blacksky policy

No Ajudicator operates outside Division standards.

B. Senior Ajudicators (Optional)

Appointed by the High Ajudicator

Assist with training
Support moderation coordination
Guide newly appointed Ajudicators
Assist during periods of elevated operational activity

Senior Ajudicators support enforcement operations but do not independently redefine policy.

C. Ajudicators

Monitor community spaces
Enforce rules and guidelines
Address disruptive conduct
Assist members when needed
Maintain professional behavior during enforcement actions

Ajudicators are expected to act as stabilizing personnel, not public enforcers seeking attention or authority.

IV. Moderation Standards

Moderation actions must be:
Measured
Consistent
Documented when necessary
Appropriate to the situation

Ajudicators are expected to:
Exercise restraint during disputes
Remain professional during enforcement
Avoid emotional escalation
Apply policy evenly regardless of personal relationships

An unstable moderator weakens the environment they are meant to protect.

V. Escalation & Enforcement Procedures

Minor issues should be resolved at the lowest reasonable level.

Serious or repeated issues escalate through:
Ajudicator
High Ajudicator
Operations Command leadership
Imperium Command (if necessary)

Escalation exists to preserve structure, not to create unnecessary punishment.

VI. Conduct & Professional Expectations

Members of the Order Division are expected to:
Remain calm during conflict
Accept oversight and correction
Avoid favoritism or selective enforcement
Represent Blacksky professionally at all times
Separate personal frustration from operational enforcement

Moderation is not status. It is responsibility.

VII. Training & Operational Readiness

No member may serve as a Ajudicator without approved preparation.

Training may include:
Rule and policy review
Moderation procedures
Conflict de-escalation
Documentation standards
Escalation procedures
Platform moderation tools

Operational readiness matters more than visibility or activity alone.

VIII. Division Membership & Removal

Entry Requirements

Minimum Rank: Legionary
Demonstrated maturity and reliability
Ability to remain composed under pressure
Approval by the High Ajudicator

Removal Conditions

Abuse of authority
Repeated poor judgment
Unprofessional conduct
Inconsistent enforcement
Failure to uphold operational standards

Removal from the Order Division is corrective, not personal.

The Order Division supports:
