MASTER OF THE FORGE | Open to Appointment Only

The Master of the Forge serves as the head of the Forge Division and is responsible for the oversight, direction, and quality control of all creative, documentation, and public-facing projects produced under the Division.

The office exists to ensure that Blacksky’s visual identity, written communications, historical records, and published materials remain consistent with established doctrine, operational standards, and the long-term vision of the Clan. While members of the Forge create and maintain the work itself, the Master of the Forge establishes priorities, provides guidance, and ensures that all approved projects meet the expectations of the Imperium.

The Master of the Forge is entrusted with preserving clarity, consistency, and professionalism across every platform where Blacksky is represented. Creativity remains important, but it must always serve purpose, structure, and continuity.

The office is not responsible for personal expression. It is responsible for ensuring that Blacksky’s identity remains recognizable, disciplined, and enduring.

WARHOST COMMANDER | Open to Appointment Only

“We do not attend the gathering. We ensure the gathering happens.”

The Warhost Commander serves as the head of the Warhost Division and is responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of Blacksky’s organized events and community activities.

The office exists to ensure that events are conducted with purpose, structure, and consistency. While members of the Warhost Division organize and host activities, the Warhost Commander establishes priorities, maintains scheduling standards, and ensures that events contribute to the long-term health, activity, and cohesion of the Clan.

The Warhost Commander is entrusted with fostering participation across Blacksky while maintaining professionalism and operational discipline. Events are not viewed as isolated activities, but as opportunities to strengthen community engagement, reinforce unity, and sustain momentum throughout the organization.

The office is not responsible for entertainment alone. It is responsible for ensuring that Blacksky remains active, connected, and engaged through structured participation and consistent community leadership.

HIGH ADJUDICATOR | Open to Appointment Only

“I do not enforce order through authority. I preserve it through discipline.”

The High Adjudicator serves as the head of the Order Division and is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and enforcement standards of Blacksky’s moderation and community management operations.

The office exists to ensure that Blacksky’s website, Discord server, and community spaces remain stable, organized, and aligned with established doctrine and policy. While Adjudicators handle day-to-day moderation and member support, the High Adjudicator establishes enforcement standards, provides operational guidance, and ensures that disciplinary actions are carried out with consistency, fairness, and professionalism.

The High Adjudicator is entrusted with preserving the integrity of Blacksky’s environment through disciplined leadership and measured judgment. Conflict, misconduct, and disruption are addressed not for punishment alone, but to protect the structure, stability, and long-term health of the Clan.

The office is not responsible for exercising authority. It is responsible for ensuring that authority is applied correctly, consistently, and in service of the community it exists to protect.

EXECUTOR | Head of Operations Command

“I do not command the Legions. I ensure Blacksky endures behind them.”

The Executor is responsible for the overall structure, coordination, and operational health of Blacksky’s website and Discord infrastructure. As the head of Operations Command, the Executor supervises all Divisions to ensure they remain organized, effective, and aligned with Blacksky’s standards, doctrine, and long-term objectives.

This position oversees operational leadership, establishes expectations and procedures, identifies weaknesses within Divisions, and ensures accountability across all areas of Operations Command. The Executor works directly with senior leadership to maintain stability, support Clan-wide functionality, and ensure Blacksky’s internal systems continue to operate efficiently as the community grows.

The role exists to maintain continuity, discipline, and operational cohesion across Blacksky’s non-combat structure. Quiet stability is its purpose.

Reports directly to: Custodians

Authority Scope:
✦ The Executor serves as the highest command authority within the Operations Pillar of Blacksky.
✦ Their authority extends across Divisions and all ranks contained within the Operations Command structure.
✦ The Executor does not exercise direct authority over the other Pillars of Blacksky, including Imperium Command, the Leadership Academy, the Senate, the Colosseum, or the Blackguard.
✦ Leadership positions such as Praetorian, Master of the Academy, Prefect of the Colosseum, and Senate leadership operate as independent Pillar authorities and report directly to the Custodians.
✦ Cooperation between Pillars is expected; however, command authority remains within each Pillar's established chain of command unless otherwise directed by the Custodians.
